A web based solution was required
that could take requests from customers booking Jet Airways Flights operating
from Australia.

Another software component was
required that could be used by Jet Airways reps at the airport for providing
the boarding passes to the customer on providing the booking details.

Web based application was integrated
with Navitaire Web Services API for booking of flights and seat selection
capability was developed on ASP.Net architecture.

Desktop based component for the
Airline Reps that synced real-time with the web app was developed using Windows
Presentation Foundation.
